I was a fundraising intern at a Non-Profit called Mind Shift during my fall and spring semester of my senior year. Mind Shift helps businesses employ the strengths of people on the autism spectrum. During my internship, I grew professionally by working with tight deadlines and tensions caused by the creative process. Successfully navigating these challenges helped create the well-received video that helped double the money raised for the organization as last year.
